Meet Your Coach: Leah Parkinson

Her coaching philosophy, “Fitness for All,” reflects her commitment to meeting clients wherever they are in their journey, supporting them with the education, adaptations, and encouragement needed to reach their goals. What she values most in coaching is helping people discover their capabilities and recognize their own strength.
Group Training
Functional Fitness Training consists of small group sessions built around three phases: a main lift to build foundational strength, accessory work to target supporting muscle groups, and a high-energy cardio finisher to push conditioning. Structured, coached, and scalable for all fitness levels. Group is limited to six to eight people and is open to both men and women.
