Meet Your Coach: Stacey Martin
Stacey is a Southwest Michigan native and mom of four who understands what it looks like to make strength, nutrition, and wellness work in the middle of a full life.
With a master’s degree in education and a background in teaching and executive-level communications leadership, Stacey brings an educator’s approach to fitness and nutrition. Her philosophy is simple: Awareness → Education → Application → Adherence. Understand where you are, learn what works and why, put it into practice, and build habits you can actually stick with.
Her passion for nutrition is personal, too. After living with Type 1 diabetes for 18 years, Stacey has learned firsthand how food, movement, and daily habits affect the body. That experience, combined with her own strength-training journey, led her to pursue professional training in nutrition and fitness and to develop a desire to help other women feel less overwhelmed by both.
Stacey is a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer, with practical experience teaching and training women in strength, movement, and nutrition.
Whether she’s coaching a workout or meeting one-on-one for nutrition, Stacey’s goal is simple: to help people learn what works, put it into practice, and make it last.
